For those who attended the APEN conference in Darwin back in 2019, you’ll hopefully recall that it was there that Denise and I launched the concept of Enablers of Change, and screened our first YouTube clip! Since then we’ve created over 100 episodes… who ever thought that would be possible?!

We now have another special announcement, again coinciding with an APEN conference. Drumroll please…

  • Are you an agricultural extension practitioner who wants to learn from the best and stay ahead of the game?
  • Do you want to access cutting-edge insights and practical tips on how to enable greater change and innovation in your area?
  • Do you want to connect with a wider network of like-minded professionals who share your passion and challenges?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should join the new Enablers of Change online community

What is it?
Enablers of Change is a supportive online community buzzing with ideas, expertise, and camaraderie. Our learning community isn’t just a platform; it’s your gateway to a wealth of knowledge shared by fellow extension practitioners, farm advisors and consultants from around the globe. While the majority of members will be from Australia and New Zealand, we welcome members from other locations around the world. All the online learning sessions will be recorded, so you can access them at a time that suits you. Here, we foster a culture of continuous learning, where you can engage in meaningful discussions, ask burning questions, and exchange innovative solutions.

Who can join?
Anyone who has an interest in agricultural extension and enabling change is welcome to join our community. Whether you live in Australia, New Zealand or beyond, you are welcome to join in our conversations. Once you are a member, you can invite others who you think might also benefit.

What is the cost?
It’s free to join the Enablers of Change network and engage with your tribe of extension practitioners. Over time we’ll invite you to join some of our paid activities, such as an online Community of Practice, online courses, and other activities to meet specific needs. There is no obligation for you to join those – just an opportunity for those who are interested!
