Wow, can you believe it’s December 2022 already… how did that happen? It’s certainly been a roller coaster ride in terms of COVID-19 as we started the year with restrictions in place, here in Australia and New Zealand. In fact, the APEN conference in February ended up completely online because of this. But now, at the end of the year, most restrictions have been dropped and we’re adjusting to a new normal.
So we wanted to say thanks, to you, our listeners and watchers of Enablers of change! We appreciate all the feedback we get, including comments on blog posts, emails, face-to-face chats and in the form of new subscribers! Thanks for joining us on Enablers of change for 2022.
We’ve had a great time this year covering a whole range of topics. We’ve covered survey design, VR and AR, reducing our biases, action learning and factors that affect adoption along the way. Sometimes we’re sure that we’ve covered as much as we can, and then as we keep chatting and planning, and we realise we’ve got lots more to do.
We’re taking a break for the rest of December and January. But we’ll be back in February 2023 to cover a range of models for behaviour change and new research we’ve found, amongst other tips and tools! While we’re taking a break, you might like to have a look through our past episodes and catch up on a few that you might have been meaning to get around to. We’d love to hear if it sparks something for you or a suggestion for anything we could cover.
In the meantime, have a lovely Christmas and New Year, enjoy the warmer weather here in the southern hemisphere (or the cooler weather if you’re in the northern hemisphere)! All the best as we head into 2023 and we look forward to seeing you again then!
All the best and keep safe!
